In Ipoh, the word "Tuck Kee" means a popular fried noodle stall. The meaning of "Tuck Kee" for people from Ipoh like us means a type of flavour, it represents fried noodles. So it gave us an idea which is to bring the flavour of "Tuck Kee" to Singapore and let Singaporeans have the chance to taste Tuck Kee style noodles. So we name ourselves "Tuck Kee Son"
