- Vendor: Merchants registered with the platform.
Acceptance and Confirmation of Order
- Order Placement: Customers may place an order on the demo-foodhub.gctsolution.net website or mobile app by following these steps:
- Choose products and add them to the cart.
- Validate the cart contents.
- Provide personal details.
- Indicate pickup dates and times.
- Add remarks and preferred payment method.
- Confirm the order.
- Validate payment.
- Order Confirmation: Customers can review order details and total price before confirmation. Payment completion makes the order final, and no amendments will be considered afterward. The contract is effective only upon confirmation by the vendor via email. The vendor reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment disputes or perceived risks.
- Customer Responsibility: Any inaccuracies in the information provided by the customer are their sole responsibility, and the vendor is not liable for losses or damages arising from such errors.
Payment
- Upon payment validation by demo-foodhub.gct-solution.net, the customer receives an order confirmation via email.
- Customers must use their own bank card/account. The vendor is not liable for fraudulent use.
- If payment is declined or not received, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified via email.
- The product remains the property of the vendor until full payment is received.
Exchange Policy: Refunds/Cancellations
- No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or amendments are permitted once payment is processed and completed online. Unavailability of Products
- The vendor may change the product range at any time. Orders are honored only within the limits of available stock.
- If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, the vendor will notify the customer via email/phone.
- The order will be canceled automatically, and the customer will be reimbursed within 7 working days unless they choose to switch to a substitute product.
- Receipt of reimbursement shall be conclusive, and customers waive any claims for penalties or additional costs. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website, including texts, structures, illustrations, and images, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
- Reproduction of any part of the website without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
Prohibition of Sales Outside the Network
• Products are intended for sale exclusively through our distribution networks. Purchasing for resale outside of our networks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Applicable Law and Disputes
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any disputes arising from these terms.
- A person who is not a party to these Terms & Conditions shall have no rights to enforce any part of them under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act.
